Crossbows were used sometimes in clan wars by people wielding it and a defense, but I rarely saw composite bows being wielded. This was how it stood before the update (in my opinion). Most damage per hit: Maple lengthy, accurate style, assuming similar arrows were used. Most cost efficient: Either walnut long or walnut short. Definately not willow comp. Most damage over time: Maple brief. Most commonly used: Maple short.
Best overall bow in my estimation: Willow comp (Mostly because I bought one and enjoyed the mix of extra strike at the price of pace, but not as slow as a longbow, with a wonderful bonus range) However, with the latest dungeoneering update, it seems like Just About the Gaming EXperience (aka Jagex) determined that the maple longbow was under-utilized. Together with the longbow sight now implemented, it gives a hefty bonus of +110 range strike bonus on top of the regular bonuses a walnut longbow has. I'd love to find out what the reactions of the Sal's community are all roughly like. Would this update make longbows much more popular because of their higher harm, and perhaps even the most popular bow being calmed? Will it create comp. Bow users even less because of more folks switching to sighted longbows? The best money-making Way from playing Runescape
Similarly, save character from the mind round for the water around, as these provide more experience and more precious runes than at the mind altar. The addition of water runecrafting gloves additionally raises the encounter generated. The exception is if the participant wants mind runes, while using the brain altar here retains a long and tedious route. If you carry air runecrafting gloves, free players may save yourself the character from the body round and put it to use on the next match's air altar, increasing rune worth yield and expertise generated. This is especially pertinent with the fast depreciation of the value of human anatomy runes following the game's introduction. For players that are free, the encounter per character increases per round, but following the water altar, the rune value produced goes down at the same moment. Anchors usually stay close to the altar converting orbs to Cheap EVE Echoes ISK points for the group. Barrier generators, or defenders block the orbs from becoming too close. If orbs are stuck behind a column, then try standing diagonal into the orbs before attracting the orbs. This way the orbs will go through the Pi-shaped pillars. If the orb is between the Pi-shaped pillar, then try bringing it from BEHIND the Runecrafting altar.
