Looks pretty neat but I wonder if this game will have any changes to franchise mode. A good deal of these attributes are between real life player information so idk how that could impact generated players and stats. Wow. Im really very disappointed. Most of the gameplay shown has the specific same cartoons out of madden 20. I really could litterally do the specific same things they showed in the trailer in madden 20. And player specific play calling? Its a old feature they put back in the game (why did they ever take it outside in the first location?) . Yeah 2k second gen blew this the water out. This would have been a fantastic regular update to get a soccer match, but to get a new generation upgrade this is pathetic, particularly compared to what NBA2K is performing. The RFID/Next Gen Stats thing is the only genuinely new feature that seems worth anything, and even that's likely gont get noticed from the animations . Sounds too untrue. It's probably gonna be nothing noticeable whilst playing. I can not get hyped. I won't. The fact that the game comes out in 2.5 months and EA was willing to not give a hands-on preview is terrifying. NFL games have been performing that"Next Gen Stats" and tracking for perhaps 2-3 years to my understanding as they broadcast it during matches. And this is only today to be implemented to make players seem"more real" and"true to life". I will not believe it til I see gameplay that is not set out there by EA but the consumer that does not understand how to trigger the things that they wish to reveal to market the same merchandise for the last 4 years. Take the"next-gen" away from all of their bullet points for this update and you've got the exact same recently touted features as every year. . Enhanced participant moves and whatever else they are pushing in the trailer means nothing when the real animations are the same. I will admit, some animations seem better this season but most still seem pretty bad/old. Everything really needs to be revamped. I am considering the"Living Planet" features I read in Brian Mazique's post; appears that sidelines are improved fairly substantially with offensive players on the sidelines while shield is outside (& vice versa), together with injured players in street clothes.
